Practical automation. Founder built.

Less busywork. More business.

We find the manual work slowing your team down, then build practical systems that give the time back.

No forced software replacement

How it works

We begin where the work gets stuck.

No software pitch and no prebuilt package. We study the real workflow first, then make the smallest useful system that removes the drag.

01

Listen

In a free 20-minute audit, we hear how the work actually moves and where your team loses time.

A prioritized view of the friction

02

Map

We turn the strongest opportunity into a clear build plan with the tools, rules, and expected return visible.

A practical automation roadmap

03

Build

We create the system, connect it to your current stack, and stay close through launch and handoff.

A working system your team can use

What we build

Where clients usually start.

Start with one workflow that is costing the team time every week. We build it around your tools, approvals, and business rules, then use what we learn to choose the next system.

01

Lead Response

Qualify, route, and answer new inquiries while they are still warm. Replace hours of response lag with a system that replies in minutes.

Sales

02

Proposals & Quotes

Pull customer records, pricing rules, and approved terms into a review-ready proposal without rebuilding it from scratch.

Estimating

03

Document Intake

Read invoices, orders, forms, and scanned paperwork; file the data into the right system; route uncertain items for review.

Operations

Common next systems

Then we build outward.

Once the first workflow is working, the audit and the live system show us which build earns its keep next.

The real cost

The cost isn't hidden. It just hasn't been added up.

Start with one recurring task and use numbers your team can verify. This example shows how ten manual hours each week become a real annual operating cost.

Who builds it

Two founders. One shared standard.

The people in the first conversation stay with the work through launch. There is no sales-to-delivery handoff and no mystery team behind the scenes.

Questions

Straight answers.

What the process costs, how long it takes, and what happens after launch—before you book a call.

01

How much does this cost?

Our monthly partnerships range from $500 to $10,000 depending on scope and expected value. The roadmap makes the work, price, and assumptions visible before you decide to move forward. Ongoing support remains part of the engagement.

02

How is this different from Zapier or Make?

Zapier and Make are useful building blocks, and we may use them when they fit. Our work starts earlier: finding the right problem, designing the full workflow, handling edge cases, connecting the systems, and staying responsible for the result.

03

How long does it take?

You'll see a working mockup in the first week. A focused first system is typically live in two to three weeks once scope and access are confirmed. Larger or more sensitive workflows may need a longer rollout.

04

What if it doesn't work?

We agree on acceptance criteria, test the workflow before launch, and keep support inside the monthly partnership. If the workflow changes or an integration fails, we diagnose the cause and make the needed adjustment with you.

05

We're a small company - is this for us?

Team size matters less than the cost and frequency of the work. We are usually the best fit for B2B teams with recurring work that crosses people or systems. The free audit will tell us whether there is a useful first project.

06

What tools do you work with?

We build around the stack you already use: CRMs, email platforms, project management tools, spreadsheets, databases, accounting software, and APIs. If a tool has a reliable way to exchange data, it can usually be part of the workflow.
