Privacy notice

This notice explains what we handle when you visit our website, ask about our services, use an Agents of Automation workspace, or connect business accounts. The business you work with may also have its own privacy notice for information it controls.

Information we handle

We receive information you provide in forms, emails, bookings, workspaces, and client submissions, such as your name, business contact details, account role, project facts, drafts, and approved media. When a business uses our Front Desk service, its configured workflow may also handle caller contact details, messages, call records, and scheduling information on that business's behalf.

For a configured AI Front Desk, Twilio routes live call audio to OpenAI Realtime for the conversation. A redacted transcript may be stored depending on the configured service and its retention policy; other configurations omit the transcript. We do not use caller audio or transcripts for marketing content generation.

If you authorize Meta and Google accounts or other business services, we receive the account identifiers, permissions, access credentials, and business data needed for the features you enable. This can include public posts, advertising and page performance, Search Console or Business Profile information, and, where enabled, social comments. Connection access alone does not approve a post, ad, reply, or budget change.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide contracted services, manage authorized business accounts, prepare marketing research and drafts, measure results, maintain security, and keep necessary operational records. AI-assisted drafting and analysis use bounded business facts, public information, and permitted aggregate performance data. Marketing workspaces are designed to exclude patient information from AI and publishing workflows.

Analytics and service providers

Public pages may use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, which can collect browser and page-visit information under those providers' own terms. We exclude protected workspaces and these request pages from initializing those scripts on a direct visit, but a tracker already loaded on another public page may remain active during navigation in the same browser tab. Your browser and provider settings may offer additional controls.

We use service providers as needed for hosting, databases, secure storage, email, payments, analytics, AI processing, and authorized publishing or reporting. Those services may include Vercel, Neon, AWS, Twilio, Resend, Stripe, OpenAI, Google, Meta, and Metricool. Which ones receive information depends on the feature used and the accounts connected. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect the service and its users.

Access, retention, and choices

We restrict access by workspace and role, protect provider credentials, and retain records for the time needed to operate the service and meet security, contractual, and legal obligations. Retention differs by data type and service; disconnecting an account does not automatically erase historical reports or audit records. You can revoke a provider grant in that provider's account settings.

To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email admin@agentsofautomation.ai. See our Data deletion requests page for the request process. We may need to confirm that you are authorized to act for the relevant person or business.
