How to make a request

1. Email admin@agentsofautomation.ai with the subject “Data deletion request.”
2. Tell us the business or workspace involved, the connected service if relevant, and what information you want reviewed. Please do not email passwords, access tokens, government IDs, or patient or medical details.
3. We will verify your authority, identify the records and service providers in scope, and tell you what can be deleted or de-identified and what must be retained for legal, contractual, security, and backup obligations.

Connected accounts

An authorized workspace user can disconnect a business account in the workspace. This stops that connection's stored credential from being used for new work, but disconnecting it does not revoke the access grant at Meta, Google, or another provider. Revoke that grant separately in the provider's account settings. A disconnect also does not itself delete past reports, drafts, security records, or provider-held information; use the request process above for those records.

What happens next

We review the request against the relevant workspace, contract, provider, and retention requirements. We will explain the scope and outcome to the verified requester. Some information may need to remain in audit records or backups for a limited operational or legal purpose. We do not promise immediate deletion from every system or from services controlled by another company.
